Here at Van Monster, customer care is at the heart of everything we do. We are confident in the quality and history of all our used vans and commercial vehicles but understand that our customers hold value in added reassurance that if, in the unlikely event something does go wrong, we will be on hand to take care of things.

It is for this very reason that our used vans and commercial vehicles are supplied with a Customer Care package, which is made up of the following:

FREE Van Monster Warranty

To offer you peace of mind, we provide a three month or 3000 mile warranty with every Van Monster vehicle. Our Trade Select vans are supplied with a one month or 1000 mile warranty. All major components are protected under this warranty.
