(i) TERMINATION : YOUR RIGHTS

You have a right to end this agreement. To do so, you should write to the person you make your payments to. They will then be entitled to the return of the Vehicle and to half the total amount payable under this agreement. If you have already paid at least this amount plus any overdue instalments and have taken reasonable care of the Vehicle, you will not have to pay any more.

(ii) REPOSSESSION : YOUR RIGHTS

If you do not keep up your side of the agreement but you have paid at least one third of the total amount payable under this agreement, we may not take back the Vehicle against your wishes unless we get a court order (In Scotland we may need to get a court order at any time). If we do take the Vehicle without your consent or a court order, you have the right to get back any money that you have paid under this agreement.

Northgate Vehicle Sales Ltd trading as Van Monster (FRN 663350) is an Appointed Representative of Consumer Credit Compliance Limited, who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 631736). The Permissions of Consumer Credit Compliance Limited as a Principal firm allow Northgate Vehicle Sales Ltd T/A Van Monster to undertake insurance broking & credit broking.

Northgate Vehicle Sales Ltd trading as Van Monster act as a credit broker not a lender. We can introduce you to a limited number of finance providers. We do not charge fees for our Consumer Credit services. We typically receive a payment(s) or other benefits from finance providers should you decide to enter into an agreement with them. The commission we typically receive is either a fixed fee or a percentage of the amount you borrow, which means the payment we receive may vary depending on the amount you borrow and the term the loan is borrowed over. This may also mean that the more you borrow the more we receive. The payment we receive may vary between finance providers and product types. We will tell you the payment we will receive from the finance provider before you enter into your agreement with the lender. The payment we receive does not impact the finance rate you are offered by the lender. We will introduce you an insurance broker who will check your eligibility for a free of charge 5-day vehicle insurance policy. They will also give you a quote for a full-term vehicle insurance policy. If you then choose to purchase a full-term vehicle insurance policy through this broker, they will pay us a fixed fee.
